Our HistoryMarineNav Ltd has its roots in the offshore oil and gas industry dating back to 1992. Originally based out of Aberdeen, Scotland, the company expanded to North America, and is now headquartered in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Company founder Kevan Merson has assembled a skilled and experienced team of engineers, designers, and technicians from the UK, Canada and the USA. With decades of experience in information technology, manufacturing, and the offshore industry, we develop specialized products and solutions for clients in government and industry. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
At our manufacturing and R&D facility in Panmure Island, PEI, we design and produce a wide selection of marine computers, displays, and vessel management systems. We have developed products built to the highest standards for the commercial, military/law enforcement and recreation yachting sectors both domestically and internationally. Our products are designed, manufactured and assembled in Canada, with limited to no outsourcing, guaranteeing a North American built product.
Our FutureOver the years we have expanded our team, our expertise and our product offerings, both in Europe and North America. With more enhanced designs, we shall be establishing a new Research and Development center, as well as a true in-water training facility in Nova Scotia.
